Biography
Xiang Chen received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from University of Washington in 2015, and the M.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Florida, Gainesville, in 2011. In 2016, he joined Tupl Inc., a big data startup company developing software automation solutions using AI and machine learning for telecom operators. He is now a data scientist and R&D manager, leading the R&D projects of the artificial intelligence team at Tupl headquarter in the Seattle area.
