Algorithms for Modeling Nanodevices

Algorithms-for-Modeling-NanodevicesCalculating density of electric charge and current in realistic nanoscale devices (spin-based, 2D, molecular) is a computational bottleneck in current state-of-the-art software. There is a dire need for algorithms that are two orders of magnitude faster than current state of the art. Our group has developed the fastest direct-solve methods to date.
