Otis Receives NSF 2009 CAREER Award

Kuang-Wei Cheng receives ‘Best Paper’ award
At the recent annual IEEE Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits Symposium (RFIC), held in Boston, EE graduate student Kuang-Wei Cheng was selected from among 107 competitors to receive the Best Student Paper Award for his paper “A Gate-Modulated CMOS LC Quadrature VCO”.
