Professor Karl Bohringer has been appointed as the John M. Fluke Chair of Engineering for a term of five years starting March 16, 2010.
Karl is well known internationally for his work on micromanipulation and microassembly. He is the lead investigator at University of Washington of the DARPA Center for “Interfacial Engineering of Microelectromechanical Systems”.
