After earning his bachelor’s degree at UW EE, White completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at MIT. White is the former CEO and founder of Technical Arts Corp., CTO of Msnbc.com and Microsoft partner architect. While at Microsoft, White oversaw the group that developed the Da Vinci imaging engine. White also is the cofounder of White Marsh Forests, which develops advanced statistical machine learning tools.
