At this year’s IGARSS (IEEE International Geoscience & Remote Sensing Society) symposium, Professor Leung Tsang received the 2008 Distinguished Achievement Award for “Outstanding Research in Electromagnetics for Remote Sensing”. The meeting was held in Boston on July 6-11.
