Tenure Track Assistant Professor and Teaching Professor positions in the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering at the University of Washington

UW ECE is hiring!

The University of Washington Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering (UW ECE) in Seattle, WA is proud to announce we are inviting applications for three tenure track faculty positions. We are hiring in all areas of electrical and computer engineering with particular interest in the following cross-cutting areas: quantum computing, integrated photonics, circuits, computer organization, biological/neural computing, sustainable energy, embedded systems, ethical AI/ML, networking, data science, and space systems.
 
UW ECE also invites applications for two teaching professor positions. Individuals in this role will teach two courses a quarter in our undergraduate and/or professional master’s programs. We are interested in, but are not limited to, candidates with a background in machine learning, signal processing, embedded and mobile systems, circuits, power electronics, and/or robotics.
 
The highest priority will be given to exceptional candidates regardless of the specific areas listed above. All positions are at the assistant level. Detailed descriptions and applications instructions can be found here:
